An new OnRamp program is starting up this coming Thursday… it runs on Tues/Thurs 5pm and Sat 10am beginning December 1 ending Dec 17th.  An abbreviated OnRamp series of 8 classes to RampUp for a 2011 Year of CrossFit.  Know anyone interested? Three rounds for time of:
30 steps Walking lunge, carrying 30 pound dumbbells
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
Push ups, 20 reps
Post time and scaling to journals/chalkboards.
