Spartan Race training to begin this coming Sunday morning at 8:30am at the far end of Zuma Beach. All CrossFitters Malibu are welcome- regardless if you are competing in the Spartan Sprint on November 19th. Between now and race day, here is how we will prepare: continue with CrossFit WODs, maintain track on the Fall Fitness Fiesta habits, and if you like- attend the additional class on Sundays dedicated to Spartan-specific training. And you can never be sure what you are going to get… other than that it will be a fun and challenging morning with good people! 60kg Overhead squat, 10 reps
Post time and scaling to journals.
2 Rounds, each for time of:
Body weight sled drag, 50 meters
Rest as needed between rounds
