Tuesday 110920 DUs and Wall Ball Shots

Reminder to submit Fiesta Week #1 Compliance Results.. look directly to the right of this post.  It looks as though MANY did not take pre-test photos going into the Fall Fitness Fiesta.  Do it… please.  The PRE picture is not meant to be shown to people until after the POST picture is such that you want to show the PRE picture to everyone!… Get it?  SO- take a PRE picture.  Here is a link to LAX CrossFit’s blog last week- an inspiring story about one of their members… and some great PRE/POST shots.

50 Double-unders (3:1 for singles- or scale DUs to be 90 full seconds of DU attempts)
25 Wallball shots (20/14# med ball)
