Here is Manny doing a top shelf burpee pull up this past week during the Saturday 10am WOD.
He is getting so strong, I’d like to make a motion that we start calling him IronManny.  You can clearly see the work he is doing in the Hut- take a peak out the door… see the equipment he uses to do his day job!
