Friday 110812 Deadlift

BBQ and Deadlifts today! 
Come on out and lift some heavy weight off the ground… nothing more functional and practical than developing the strength to pick up stuff that weighs a lot.  Classes at 7, 9, and 10 AM.  And if you attend in the afternoon… you can join the BBQ.  Afternoon class starts at 4pm and continues until the last lifter decides to put down that barbell and pick up the steak.  Bring something to throw on the grill.  All are welcome- as are spectators and friends for the evening BBQ!
