Clear those schedules this coming Thursday night at 7pm for the big Clean and Jerk Session! We are running an olympic weightlifting style competition with this single lift (it is usually the Snatch and then the Clean and Jerk). After an overview of the competition format and thorough warm up; then each athlete gets exactly 3 lifts- the score is the weight of the highest Clean/Jerk. Hope you come join in and get cheered on to your new PR in this lift. In the meantime- get some last minute brush up on the jerk in tonight’s strength session.

Complete as many rounds in 16 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
15 Ring rows
9 Handstand push-up
Post number of rounds and scaling to journals/Chalkboards.
