We round out the week with a 12-event chipper. It looks a lot like the Filthy Fifty, as it is a list of a wide variety of movements: pushes, pulls, jumping, swinging, climbing, flexing, extending… but with many fewer reps. There are some finesse movements, some that require more strength, others endurance and also some skills. Although it will take more time to rehearse all the movements and to determine scaling than it will for the actual WOD… please arrive on time, row or run for warm up… and then we will get right into the rehearsal!
