Thursday 110728 Games WOD Revised

A Blitz WOD announced in advance!  On Friday at 8am, anyone interested and adventurous will meet in Santa Monica about 200m south of SM Pier next to the rings at the original Muscle Beach.  The CrossFit Games Event #1 will kick off at that location at 7am.  We will be there to spectate (arriving at about 6:30am) and THEN do a Beach Blitz WOD at 8am.  Join us in Santa Monica… as the HUT will NOT be running WODs at 7 or 9am on Friday!  We WILL, however, run a 10am class at the Hut.  So… at least you have a choice… Santa Monica Pier at 8am to WOD next to/to watch the fittest humans on Earth OR a 10 am WOD at the Hut.

Thursday’s WOD
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of: 
30 Bar-facing burpees
55kg/35kg Overhead squat, 15 reps
15 Pull Ups
15 Dips
Post number of rounds and reps to journals/chalkboards.
