Initially, I was going to call today’s WOD “Mini Eva” but I didn’t. I thought that use of the word “Mini” might somehow make you think that “only” 3 rounds of Eva would be a cake walk and that you’d want, instead, to do all 5 rounds of Eva. Or you might even think that a WOD that is reduced to “only” 60% of this well-known Benchmark Girl isn’t enough work. Well, don’t fall into the trap of thinking that more is better. It is generally not. And while sometimes we head out into time domains beyond the half hour mark… today is not the day. In fact we journey out the time axis and into the 30+ minute mark only about once or so each month and a full Eva is DEFINITELY a WOD that takes us into that domain. So today enjoy a mere 3 rounds of Eva… and try to keep it under 28 minutes.

Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps

This WOD is named after Eva Twardokens…. 2x USA Olympian in Alpine Skiing. She is strong!
