Monday 110606 Pull Up/L Sit

Matt and Tracy christened the garage with the first few official WODs at CrossFit Pacific Palisades’ Grand Opening.  Some rounds of training, along with food, community and members from at least 3 other CrossFit boxes- Brick, UCLA, and CF Malibu.

New Strength cycle begins today- Monday Benchpress 6pm.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold
