Luke turns the corner and hits the gas pedal.  Check out the new tires… New Balance Minimus Trailrunners.  He liked them on the thrusters and the sprints yesterday.  Scott went with the Merrel Barefoot Trail Gloves. Have you tried out a new shoe?  Let us know what you think… the pros and cons.

40 pound dumbbell Hang power clean, 50 reps
800 meter Run
50 Back extensions (supermans)
