Here we are back to Thursday again- time for the 5th Open Sectionals WOD! Only slight difference this week, is that we will run this workout at EACH class throughout the day to give everyone a chance at it. OF COURSE, if you can make it out from 6-8pm for the big group of participants and spectators, then do it.

65/45kg Power clean, 5 reps
10 Toes to Bar
15 Wall Ball Shots 20#/14#
