Thursday 110414 Split Jerk

Thursday is upon us once again… already in the 4th week of Sectionals.  You are encouraged to attend the 6-8pm sessions as a participant and/or spectator.  Even if you already to the standard WOD today- consider coming back to watch the action in the evening.
Also remember to sign up for a slot at the Relay for Life that goes on this coming Friday

 Jessica will teach CrossFit classes at the Pepperdine Track on Saturday at 8 to the Relay for Life crowd and again at 10am for all CFM members in attendance
