Tuesday 110405 AMRAP 20 Minutes

Pepperdine University will be holding its 3rd Annual, 24 hour Relay For Life this year from Friday April 15th at 4pm to Saturday the 16th at 4pm.  Relay For Life  raises the awareness of cancer through four areas: Research, Advocacy, Education, and Services.  During this 24 hours members of our team will take turns walking (or for us crossfitters: bear crawling, weighted carries, lunges, etc.) around the Stotsenberg Track.  Now is your opportunity to join hundreds of others and fight back against a disease that has taken so much.  I sincerely hope that you will join many student groups and CrossFit Malibu.  You can sign up for one hour time slots at the Hut.  In addition, the 10am Saturday WOD will be held at this location!  We will have a fundraising bucket at the event- if you would like to donate to the cause.  Talk to Intern Ollie for more info!
