Haven’t had a running WOD come up in a while! This is a relatively quick one and the idea today is to really run a hard 400m. Don’t use the run as your rest- but try and keep it fast, stay up on your toes and press the pace. Pull ups should be set up so that you can blow through them really fast… and then squats, well- their squats- just get into a good rhythm and get them done!
