Wednesday 110316 Tabata and Stuff

A false start to the CrossFit Open sectionals last night…. the WOD still has not been posted- so we turned the 7pm class slot into a BLITZ WOD!  A group of 10 completed many many reps of wall ball shots, push ups, pull ups, burpees, double unders, rowing, weight carries, rowing in 2 teams.  FUN time for the inaugural Blitz.  Stay tuned for the Sectionals WOD…later in the week.

Wednesday’s WOD

Tabata Squat
Tabata DB Push Press
Max Rep sit ups in 2 minutes
rest as needed, then:
Finisher–1000m row for time.
