Greg joined us last month after being referred to us by our Tattooed Tyler- and has not looked back. Attending 4-5 times each week, Greg has learned and progressed quickly through the major lifts and many CrossFit movements. He is getting stronger and faster by the day- something that will help him greatly in making the full time LAFD Lifeguard crew. Keep up the hard work Greg!
