What do you tell people when they ask, “How did you get so ________?”(Fill in the complimentary word you hear most often: fit, strong, healthy, hot, sexy, ripped, in shape, etc…) Of course I know you tell them that you do CrossFit, and that the Hut is cool, and the members are special and p friendly people that are not at all like people in big box gyms… but does that really tell them what CrossFit IS?
The ‘educational chalkboard’ is designed to help you understand various aspects of the very program that helped you to become stronger, fitter, leaner, healthier, and maybe even,eh hem… sexier. Do you “get” everything currently written on the board… does any of it warrant further discussion or explanation? IF so- ask! It is our job to help you get how and why CF works so well!
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
80kg/55kg pound Back squat, 7 reps
45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (right hand)
45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (left hand)
Post number of rounds to chalkboard/journal.
