Congrats to Kristin and Sharla… pictured here last February in their On Ramp class. As I recall this WOD was an up/down ladder of KB swings and single unders. The 15 POUND dumbbells they are using have been replaced by 12/16kg kettlebells, pull up bands have gone from 2+ inches to none/1″… I could go on forever.
This week marks their one year anniversary of membership at CrossFit Malibu… Congratulations! It was evident from their first class that they would be exemplary CrossFitters…who would have known they would also become best friends. 🙂 So many people have personally benefited from your presence at the Hut in so many ways. Most of all, ME! Keep coming back. 🙂
