Olivia and Melanie work together to carry large loads, long distances, quickly- during the Saturday team WOD this past week.  A GREAT big turn out for this weekly event- and really awesome to see so many Pepperdine students from the new On Ramp class which started last week.  Twelve students are taking part in the On Ramp series- which is also run as a pilot project for Pepperdine’s Sports Medicine Department’s research program. 
Don’t forget about 6pm strength WODs Monday and Wednesdays each week… try one out.
