1 burpee
40m sprint
5 wall ball shots

3 minute break

then:
take the # of rounds completed in the AMRAP and complete-as a team relay, for time, that # of rounds of:

1 kettlebell power swing 1.5 pood
1 burpee
40m sprint
5 wall ball shots
40m sprint
